To maintain optimal performance, it is recommended that the Marineland Filter Foam be cleaned and rinsed every three weeks. Additionally, a complete replacement should take place every nine weeks. It's important to avoid using soaps or abrasive materials during the cleaning process, as these can damage the foam. Instead, simply rinse the pads thoroughly with water before using them again.

Each package contains six sets, with each set consisting of two pads, for a total of 12 pads in each bulk pack. This efficient design not only helps you save on shipping but also ensures that you have an adequate supply of replacement filter foam to keep your aquarium water clean and clear.
