They effectively remove impurities and debris from the water, creating a clean and healthy aquatic environment for your fish. - Rinse Before First Use: Before using a new filter cartridge, rinse it under room-temperature water to remove any dust. Then, place the new filter cartridge into the filter by aligning the key slot and gently press it into place.
